Ad seats

The account the ads run on.

The agents draft the campaign. A seat is the Meta, Google, or LinkedIn account a buyer uses to run it. Our fee holds the seat. The platform bills the spend.

Agents and the seat

The draft is one line. The account is the next.

A key pays for the agents: ads, posts, emails, and stills. A seat pays for the account those ads can run from. You can take a key and skip the seat. You cannot take a seat on its own.

Nothing is posted for you. Someone on the named buyer’s side still runs the account at Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.

How the key is billed

The invoice

Two different bills. Do not mix them.

On our bill

  • The seat fee
  • The token plan beside it
  • No GST on this desk

Not on our bill

  • Ad spend paid to the platform
  • A second seat on the same bill
  • A replacement, unless the plan is House
A closed laptop, a stack of paper, and a pen under a desk lamp.

Who adds one

    Media buyers

You already spend on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn. The seat fee is the work of holding that account with us.

  • A bright desk by a window, with a laptop open.

    Brands

One platform on a bill. Facebook and Instagram share the Meta seat. A second platform is a second bill.

  • A dark meeting room with a city at night outside the glass.

    Finance

The seat fee and the ad spend are not the same line. No GST is added to our fee.
