Refund policy

Cancellations

A bill that has not been paid can be left. A paid Key, House, Meter volume, or seat is not cancelled after payment. Unused prepaid credits stay on the token until they expire.

Refunds

If we cannot issue the key, the tokens, or the seat you paid for, we refund the full amount. Approved refunds go back to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

Prepaid credits

Prepaid credits can be used for any plan or seat on this website, in part or in full. Each credit token is valid for … days from the date of purchase. After that it expires and cannot be redeemed. Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

If your credit token does not work

If you try to redeem a prepaid credit token at checkout and it does not work — for example the code is rejected, the balance does not apply, or the token cannot be found — do not pay again. Email us and we will check the token on our side.

Write to info@easy-spot.com with your order ID, the token (or the hint shown on your receipt), and a short note about what happened. We will reply as soon as possible and help you redeem the unused balance or arrange a refund of the unused amount you paid.

The work

If a draft or review from the agents does not match what you ordered, tell us within 2 days and we will correct it.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but the order failed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically or after you write to the desk with the transaction details.
